Volunteer: Post Office "Stamp Out Hunger" Food Drive Truck Driver

Saturday, May 9 is the US Postal Service's annual Stamp Out Hunger food drive event! Residents are invited to leave a bag of non-perishable food by their mailbox, and the postal workers pick them up as they complete their mail delivery routes.

When the trucks return to the post office, Second Helpings volunteers help unload the food, and place the food in one of our trucks for further distribution to our agency partners.

We are looking for a truck driver to meet up at Hilton Head's South End post office (zip code 29928). We'll be at their loading dock, which is around the back of the post office, facing Arrow Road.

We hope to see you there!
